Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is a priority for Connor & Blake.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with European regulations regarding the right of withdrawal for online purchases.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Include all accessories, tags, and documentation received.
- Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Connor & Blake reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

You will receive shipping instructions within 2 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise specified or in the case of defective products, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 business days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by law.
General Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Scope
These terms and conditions govern the purchase of products marketed through the Connor & Blake website.
By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these terms and conditions.
2. Prices
All prices are expressed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
Connor & Blake reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.
3. Product Availability
Product availability is updated periodically. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after purchase, the customer will be promptly informed and will receive a refund of any amount already paid.
4. Shipping
Orders are processed on business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the courier service used.
Connor & Blake shall not be held responsible for delays caused by the courier, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
5. Defective or Damaged Products
If the customer receives a damaged or defective product, they must contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery, providing photographs of both the product and the packaging.
Following verification, Connor & Blake will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable law.
6. Limitation of Liability
Connor & Blake shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or any other consequences arising from the use of purchased products.
7. Privacy
Personal data is processed in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and in accordance with the website's Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Italian law.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction provided for under applicable consumer protection legislation.
